(we can supply 2 single pull-out beds which are suitable to sleep 2 extra children, to accommodate 6 people)

Modern beautiful van that has a private fenced garden with both side and front decking seating on both.
Outside hidden garden with table and chairs under the cover the for those long summer evenings.
All we do ask is PLEASE BRING IN THE CUSHIONS AT NIGHT SO GUESTS CAN ENJOY THEM.

Fully alarmed and has space for two vehicles (parking passes for both spaces included)
Located on a platinum pitch close to all amenities just over the road for the shop and fish shop, short walk to RJ‘s, The wonky donkey swimming pool and other amenities on the park is the other side just down from the shop.

Security Deposit
💴 A £100 security deposit is required to secure your booking. This deposit is fully refundable following departure, provided there is no damage, breakages, or missing items. The deposit will be returned once the caravan has been checked and inspected.

Enjoy a comfortable and relaxing stay in our well-equipped caravan, ideal for families and couples looking for a great holiday getaway. No need to worry about washing up with the dishwasher, leaving you plenty of time to enjoy the beach which is just a short walk away, or one of the many other local attractions nearby for the whole family to enjoy.
Entertainment Passes
Passes are no longer included in the price of the caravan. Passes are no longer compulsory on the site.
The pass prices are:
Adults: £11 per person per day
Ages 5-17: £8 per person per day
Under 5: Free
You can’t pick and choose days. You either agree to passes for the entirety of your stay or not, and for all guests during your stay. For example, you can't choose 4 passes if 8 people are staying in the accommodation, it needs to be for the entire eight.
You can pay daily for your passes if they are available at the public price of £12 per day (£10 for children) but you will have to do this yourself through Unity on arrival. Please note that the site say that passes are not guaranteed to the public especially in peak season so please take this into consideration.

Priority seating at the new Tavern and pavilion
Half price swimming
Half price Soft Play
Discount at Funfair
Opt out of passes:
You will not be able to enter RJs and will have to pay full public prices for swimming, Brean Play and fair, if times are available as priority is always given to Unity guests.

TO COLLECT YOUR KEY:
Welcome packs can still be collected from reception. However all caravans now have key pads and the code will be sent before 3pm to your given mobile. Please don’t enter until after 3pm unless you are aware the caravan has been cleaned. Please also put key back in code box after departure.
