Security Deposit
💴 A £100 security deposit is required to secure your booking. This deposit is fully refundable provided there is no damage, breakages, or missing items during your stay. The deposit will be returned once the caravan has been inspected following departure.
About Caravan 518
Caravan 518 is a 2-bedroom super luxury caravan situated on a premium pitch at the popular Unity Beach, Brean Sands, close to all amenities. Measuring an impressive 43ft x 14ft, this spacious holiday home offers modern luxury throughout, including a kitchen island, master walk-in wardrobe, en-suite bathroom, full-size bath, and even a separate utility room.
The beach is just a short walk away, and there are plenty of local attractions nearby for the whole family to enjoy.
Luxury Open Plan Living
Make yourself at home with patio doors opening onto a sun-facing raised veranda with seating, allowing you to enjoy the outdoor space throughout the day. The private enclosed garden and wrap-around decking provide plenty of room to relax and unwind.
With WiFi, Smart TVs, air fryer, Tassimo coffee machine, Alexa Bluetooth speaker, and many additional extras, you'll find everything you would expect from a luxury holiday stay.
The Bedrooms
The master bedroom is a real treat, featuring a king-size bed, TV, dressing table, fitted blackout blinds, and a spacious walk-in wardrobe. You'll also enjoy the convenience of your own en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.
The generously sized second bedroom comfortably sleeps two guests and benefits from two full-size single beds, two double wardrobes, a TV, and a dressing table.

Entertainment Passes
Passes are no longer included in the price of the caravan. Passes are no longer compulsory on the site.
The pass prices are:
Adults: £10 per person per day
Ages 5-17: £7 per person per day
Under 5: Free
You can’t pick and choose days. You either agree to passes for the entirety of your stay or not, and for all guests during your stay. For example, you can't choose 4 passes if 8 people are staying in the accommodation, it needs to be for the entire eight.
You can pay daily for your passes if they are available at the public price of £12 per day (£10 for children) but you will have to do this yourself through Unity on arrival. Please note that the site say that passes are not guaranteed to the public especially in peak season so please take this into consideration.

Opt out of passes:
You will not be able to enter RJs and will have to pay full public prices for swimming, Brean Play and fair, if times are available as priority is always given to Unity guests.

TO COLLECT YOUR KEY:
All caravans have key pads and the code will be sent before 3pm to your given mobile. Please don’t enter until after 3pm unless you are aware the caravan has been cleaned. Please also put key back in code box after departure.
